Max Urai (1991) has a background in environmental and anti-racist activism, although he mostly prefers to stay behind the scenes to cook for people. He has been writing and teaching sci-fi for years now, and he's currently working on his first novel, which is about an anarchist society contained entirely within shopping malls.
