Towards Radical Singing Blocks in Demonstrations

A movement that sings, wins. This is why we are setting up radical singing blocks at demonstrations. We do this under the name 'Pirates Against Power'. The goal is not to create a choir: if and when you participate is all up to you!

We've noticed that people often feel hesitant to sing, but we believe singing together makes us stronger, creates togetherness. Everyone can sing, it does not need to be perfect!
For this workshop we choose a few songs that everyone can easily learn and sing. They can be old and well known revolutionary songs, they can be songs of Your Local Pirates, they can be new songs made to well known melodies. But whatever they'll be: it will be fun!
